Building Height Limitations

Building height limitations within Sea Crest are 25 feet and shall be measured according to Lincoln County residential height determination guidelines.

Views afforded by these height restrictions and by the abundant common areas within our community shall be protected by the ARC. However, no owner(s) shall interpret the above height statement such that any rights to “view easements” exist within the Sea Crest community. No such view easements exist in the properties and none shall be presumed without the full written and recorded consent of the property owner giving that right. Heights in excess of 25 feet can be allowed by the ARC at their sole discretion where such excess will not block the ocean view from any voting lot, as afforded by the common areas.
