If the map does not appear clear, and does not appear larger than your screen,
in Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.
Look for the options under Multimedia, and make sure that "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" is not checked.

Using the "zoom in" tool, you can click several times on a lot to enlarge it.
To print an area of the map, use the "graphics select tool", and drag the
curser over the area to be printed.  When the print menu comes up,
if you are given the option to "Expand small pages to paper size", select it. 
Then print the "selected graphic".
